Here is a large collection of Zelda MIDI's that I have come across. Most of these sound fairly decent, but that's because I have a good MIDI driver. Just remember, it's not my fault if you have a crappy sound card.


The Legend of Zelda

  • A dungeon MIDI, duh. This is good, but not great
  • This one is pretty good.
  • Sounds a lot like the one in the game.
  • This is okay.
  • Really good, but the tempo is a little slow.
  • Intro to the game; this one is good.
  • I don't like this one a lot.
  • Really good, but too slow.
  • Good.
  • Sounds a little funky.
  • This one is psychedelic man.
  • Really good, the best Intro MIDI.
  • Theme to the last dungeon, sounds really good.
  • Overworld theme, this one is not bad.
  • Really good, but where's "overworld2"? Nobody knows.
  • Whoever made this was on crack.
  • This is the best overworld theme.
  • A little strange.
  • The song when you get the Triforce at the end of a dungeon.

 

The Adventure of Link

  • The theme to the last temple; this is the best MIDI I've ever heard.
  • The theme when you're inside a cave.
  • The theme when you're inside a house or in the town of Old Kasuto.
  • The theme when you're inside a temple.
  • The theme when you're inside a town; notice a pattern here?
  • The opening theme at the beginning of the game.

  • Sounds just like the one above; maybe it's the same one, maybe not.
  • Okay, this one is just plain freaky. It's really slow.
  • This one is great, it sounds almost orchestral.
  • The theme in the Lost Woods, this is good, just like the game.
  • The same as above.
  • Theme to Light World dungeons, very good.
  • Music when you get the Triforce; good, but not that good.
  • Kakariko Village music, sounds really good.

  • Good rendition of the Mabe Village theme.
  • Something about a moblin.
  • The music when you're in the mountains, sounds like the game.
  • A little different, but sounds kinda cool.
  • The overworld music, very good.

  • I think it's from the beginning or something. It sounds good, though.

  • Kokiri Forest theme, sounds very good.
  • Lon Lon Ranch music, it's kinda strange.
  • Theme to the Lost Woods, this one is excellent.
  • This one is good, but background instruments are too loud.
  • A nice rendition of the Lost Woods theme, one of my favorite songs from the game.
  • Similar to the one above, but with different instruments.
  • Theme to the Hyrule Market, very nice.
  • The Minuet of Forest, sounds exactly like the game.
  • Minigame theme, sounds weird.
  • Music from Navi's flight at the beginning of the game.
  • The music when you talk to that stupid annoying owl.
  • Another rendition of the owl's theme.
  • A very interesting remix of the owl's theme. I can't quite describe it, you just have to listen to it. It's really good.
  • Song from the Poe Trader's shop, very good.
  • Prelude of Light.
  • The Requiem of Spirit.

Majora's Mask

  • The astronomical observatory.
  • The Song of Healing using the piano as the main instrument. It's my favorite song in the game, and this is my favorite Majora's Mask MIDI.

  • An excellent rendition of the New Wave Bossa Nova.
  • Clocktown theme.
